Osteopath – B.App.Sci. (HB), M.Ost.
Hi my name is Luke. I am passionate about using my knowledge and osteopathic skills to help each of my patients reduce their pain, improve their function and optimize their quality of life. I generally incorporate a combination of hands-on osteopathic techniques, supervised and home-based exercises, goal setting and advice and education to help my patients recover from pain and injury.
To help improve your lifestyle and ultimately speed recovery and reduce possible recurrence of future injury, I also consider other factors such as sleep, stress, diet, exercise etc. I am a big believer that regular movement, sport and play are an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and am enthusiastic about improving the quality, frequency and duration of pain-free daily movement for each of my patients.
Outside of practice I am an avid trail runner and often complete ultra-distance runs. When I am not out running in the hills you can find me doing rock climbing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, weightlifting or mountain biking.
