I have always had a passion for helping others, for human anatomy and how the body functions, making osteopathy any easy fit for me. I thoroughly enjoy the holistic approach of osteopathy and helping people to understand how the body perceives pain.

 

I am part of the first group of graduates from the ARA Institute of Canterbury, having completed the bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and postgraduate diploma in Osteopathy. Over the last four years I have enjoyed treating all types of musculoskeletal presentations and have developed special interest in the treatment of headaches, paediatrics and the study of pain management. 

 

My favourite part of the job is seeing the joy on people’s faces if their pain is eased, as well as the reward of aiding in someone’s return to doing the things they love, or just getting a good night's sleep.

 

Outside of osteopathy I enjoy keeping my body moving in the gym. In the warmer months you will find me in the water or relaxing wherever there is sunshine.
